Shipping Information:

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific time are processed for shipment on the same day you place your order for all in-stock items. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific time will be processed for shipment the next business day. When calculating delivery dates we do not include weekends or holidays. The estimated delivery date is not a guarantee that your order will be delivered by that date but an estimate only.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Items may be returned or exchanged if returned in new/saleable condition within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are paid by the purchaser. Beds, pillows and opened bedding may not be returned or exchanged.

All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be assessed upon delivery. All prices listed are in US dollars.
